FOR OFFICE SUPPLIES
Should you need to return office supply merchandise, you can return it within 14 days of purchase for a full refund, exchange, or credit. Items must be returned in their original packaging with all accessories to qualify for a full refund, exchange, or credit.
FOR FURNITURE
Any stock furniture item in new condition can be returned within 14 days of purchase for refund, exchange, or credit. Furniture must be returned in the original packaging. Assembly fees for furniture will not be refunded.
SPECIAL ORDER CUSTOM ITEMS
Custom-ordered items, such as custom imprinted, custom covered furniture items, and any special manufacturer ordered items are made to the specific requirements of the customer and therefore cannot be returned.
RETURNS PAST 14 DAYS
General stocked merchandise may be returned past 14 days for a refund, exchange, or credit; however, there will be a re-stocking fee incurred.
ORDER DISCREPANCIES
All claims for discrepancies or damages must be made witin two (2) days after delivery.
